At EMBODi., each item is created with care, intention, and purpose. Because many of our products are made to order, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or normal wear and tear. We encourage you to review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at embodi.thebrand@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund when applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items ordered in the wrong size

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items showing signs of wear or use

Additional Information

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • EMBODi. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
